Mendeola Transaxles made it’s final move to our permanent
facility in south San Diego in the Spring of 2006. A little
late, but very welcomed. Within a few months it became quite
apparent that more footage would be needed. In the summer of
2006 we made the acquisition of an additional building. We now
possess 42,000 square feet of working space. A great envelope
to grow into. This larger structure will facilitate an increased
R&D capability. In the past 5 years we have made the acquisition
of additional equipment to enhance our manufacturing capabilities.
With our lasting commitment to our customers and the pursuit
of technological excellence, the addition of our own building
will help us continue the leading edge we have always enjoyed.
Mendeola Transaxles, since it's inception has continuallly strived
to deliver the finest in performance gear systems to it's customers.
The art of providing the best part at an affordable price is
a high priority. No other company can match our quality to dollar
ratio! It's commitment to our customers. The best need not cost
a fortune. We will unconditionally match our product against
anyone. We have steadfastly invested in out in-house capabilities.
Splining, broaching, shaping, hobbing and CNC grinding are all
performed under our roof. None of our competitors can match
our capabilities.
We currently employ both 2D(Co-Create ME10) and 3D(Solidworks
and SolidDesigner) CAD systems for all our transaxle designs
and updates. We have designed and manufactured transaxles and
gear systems for everything from Baja to Dakar to Road America.
